Have you ever heard something that doesn't sound true? Something that you know for a fact is false? It feels like a trick, doesn't it? Every day, we come across many tricks that keep the world from being a truly equal place. This book helps kids and their grown-ups to learn the tricks that are holding us all back so that together we can smash gender stereotypes and create positive change.

This book is about a girl who figures out ‘The Trick’.

She tries to make the world a more equal place: therefore, she has been trying to explain to loads of people as to what the trick is.

This is an enjoyable book since it shows we should be fair to everyone no matter the differences.

It also sets out a phrase saying it is okay for people to be themselves and you do not have to change yourself for other people.

What I really enjoyed about this book is that at the end they were all being themselves and appreciated on or another.

This book is recommended for people over the age of 8. I really enjoyed this book so I would give it a solid 4.5.
