Hatchet is simply perfect. The author Gary Paulsen absolutely nailed the pacing and events in this book. To sum up this response, I relished this paragon. The parts I most enjoyed were certainly the climax and tension that prepended up to every segment of the page. However, I wished they could annex a series to the book. I would unequivocally, word for word recommend this book to anyone. Explicitly to any people aged 8-17. After investigating fathomless into Gary Paulsen’s start of his journey as an author, I realised many of his books replicate his life story. Missing pieces of his childhood, crucial specimens from his youth and how life transitioned for him as an author. There is a multitudinous assortment of books I could pose against the Hatchet. A profuse number of these books meet the aspects and semblance of Hatchet however, none will compare with Hatchet. This book effectively replicates a tangible experience based on how unostentatious the hatchet is. If I were to permit a star rating it would be an irrefutable five star in my opinion.
