The book “Leo and Ralph” is a story of friendship and maturing as you grow older. It is set in two locations: Dundle and Leo’s house. The characters in the text are Leo, Ralph, Gus, Leo’s Mum and Dad. This story is about a boy who has trouble speaking to others until Ralph (an imaginary alien) helps him learn to make friends and not feel alone. Soon after, Leo has to go through a challenging situation when his family moves to Dundle, but he uses the skills he learnt from Ralph to gain a new friend. I rate this book 4.5/5 stars and recommend it for kids around ten-years old.
