At age twelve, Sophie learns that the remarkable abilities that have always caused her to stand out identify her as an elf, and after being brought to Eternalia to hone her skills, discovers that she has secrets buried in her memory for which some would kill.
Twelve-year-old Sophie Foster has never quite fit into her life. She skipped multiple grades, doesn’t really connect with the older kids at her school and she’s not comfortable with her family. The reason is because she is a telepath, someone who can read minds. No one knows her secret at least, not yet. I would recommend this book for people in between the ages 8-14. I would give it a 4.4/5 star rating.
