Whisper on the Wind is an amazing book for everyone to read, especially younger age groups like 3-6 year olds. In my opinion, the best thing about the book is the wording. What I mean by that is, the book repeats what the previous page says which is a good thing because if you are reading this book to kids, they can read with you. Overall, the story had beautiful illustrations and an amazing ending. I would give the book a 4.5 star rating.
